Deliveries and Returns

Orders are usually shipped between 2-3 days in the Portuguese territory, rest of Europe between 3-4 days and Rest of the World within 7 days after the order(s) payment(s) validation.
All orders are shipped via carrier, with tracking and delivery available.
If you prefer a fast service delivery, the cost may vary so please contact us for this purpose. Whatever your shipping option is, we will provide a link to track your package online.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging fees as well as shipping costs. Carrier rates vary according to each company, while shipping rates vary according to the total weight of the order. We advise you to group your items in a single order.
Evan Care does not group two orders placed separately, and their shipping charges will apply distinctly to each.
Your order will be shipped with care and specially packed to protect fragile objects.
The boxes are sized according to the volume of your order and your products will be well protected.

Return Policy

You can return your order within 30 days since the date of reception.
You will not be charged any shipping costs.
You may return your order. However, make sure that the item(s) have not been opened or used as they shall be picked up in the same conditions in which you received them.
Please contact us by email: sales@evancare.com requesting the return of your order with your personal information, order code and address for pickup. We appreciate if you could mention the reason of your return so we can improve our services and thus improve our offer.

Evan Care does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the purchase in order to receive a refund and then place a new order. Refunds for returns will only be received when the return is complete and if the product(s) are intact.
